Provide clerical/administrative support to TTI’s Case Management teams.  Duties to include typing, data entry, scanning, faxing, copying and monitoring authorized communications; various other duties as assigned.  This position also provides support to the main reception area.  Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and flexible, as well as being professional, kind, patient and non-judgmental in dealing with consumers and families.  Minimum one year experience working in a fast-paced office environment and the ideal candidate must possess basic clerical skills.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

HS Diploma/GED required; some college preferred.  Previous medical office experience preferred.
