Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Autism Program Macomb/Oakland
Will work under the direction of Autism Program Manager working with children, adolescents and young adults with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) within the clinic/home settings. Will conduct extensive behavior observations and assessments utilizing standardized measures such as VP-MAPP, ABLLS-R and AFLS. Will develop ABA behavioral treatment interventions & revise plans in response to progress; will train, instruct and supervise behavior technicians in implementation of ABA plans of service and data collection. Will provide family training and support to caregivers. Must be knowledgeable in ABA, ASD and behavioral therapy. Must be comfortable working in clinic and consumer’s homes. BCBA preferred; QBHP considered.
Master’s degree in mental health-related field from an accredited institution with specialized training & one year experience with ASD. Must be working toward full BCBA with certification by September 30, 2020.
