Conduct initial psychosocial assessments to include diagnosis using the DSM V diagnostic criteria. Will develop treatment plans, conduct service reviews, maintain clinical record & documentation to agency expectations. Adhere to timelines with respect to client contacts and paperwork completion. Maintain consumer authorizations, coordinate with team members to include prescribers, case managers, employment specialists, and certified peers. Provide individual psychotherapy. Service population of adults with mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders. Implement strength based approaches of cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused and motivational interviewing. Availability to work in the clinic and the home/community. Knowledge, experience and skills in intake, diagnosis, psychotherapy, and linking to resources. Experience working with mental illness and substance use disorders. Professional verbal and writing skills. Skills of crisis intervention, time management, organization, prioritization and motivation. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, email and internet. Organized and able to work as part of a team and independently. Comfortable working in the community and clinic. Reliable transportation.
Master’s in Social Work with full licensure (LMSW) required.
