Individual Therapy

About Individual Therapy

TTI individual therapists are trained in an array of evidence-based treatment modalities to better assist individuals with diverse strengths, needs and treatment goals. Outpatient Therapy consists of masters-level clinical staff providing short-term, solution-focused, and goal-oriented individual and/or group therapies to assist in developing effective coping strategies to help individuals move forward in their personal recovery journey.

Individuals work with the outpatient therapists to develop plans that are person-centered and will help them best achieve their goals and dreams.
