Position is based in Oxford but, there will be some community-based nursing required. Responsible for health assessments, coordination of psychiatric and medical care, scheduling and administering injections, ordering injectable meds, annual health reviews, conducting and monitoring blood draws, wellness/health/ meds education, vital signs, prior authorizations, and completion of AIMS.

Required: RN Licensed in Michigan with experience in mental health preferred.
