Community Behavioral Health Services

TTI is a private, not-for-profit agency that has been providing mental health services and training in Michigan since 1987. TTI provides a full array of services including but not limited to: Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Applied Behavior Analysis, Case Management, Employment Services, Outpatient Therapy, and much more.
TTI Locations: Oxford, Flint, Jackson, Saginaw, Sterling Heights, and Troy

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)

ACT provides intensive long-term, community-based, clinical case management services to adult individuals with the most serious and persistent forms of psychiatric disorders, and psychiatric and co-occurring substance use disorders.

 

  

Autism Services

TTI provides Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). ABA is an evidence-based practice shown to be effective with individuals with autism.

 

 

Behavioral Health Home (BHH)

A BHH is a healthcare service delivery model focused on combining primary care, mental health services, as well as social services and supports for adults and children diagnosed with mental illness.

Case Management Program

Case Management is a community-based intervention program that promotes independence and stability within the consumer's living, learning, working and social environments.

Clubhouse Inspiration

An environment where members and staff work together in rehabilitation, reintegration into the community and recovery from the effects of serious mental illness while promoting an overall enhanced sense of quality of life.

Dialectial Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

DBT is an evidence-based model of practice for consumers primarily diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). It is an intensive, behaviorally-focused approach that combines therapy and skills training.

Housing Services

For over 20 years, TTI has sought to provide effective housing and supportive services to individuals with disabilities at risk of homelessness and to those who are homeless.

Independent Facilitation

Independent facilitation is part of the person-centered planning process. A consumer has the right to choose an independent facilitator to help develop his/her plan of service and help run PCP meetings.

Individual Placement & Supports (IPS)

IPS is an approach to vocational rehabilitation for individuals that emphasizes helping people obtain competitive work in the community and providing the supports necessary to ensure success at the workplace.

Self Determination (SD)

Trauma Informed Care

As a TIC provider, TTI presumes the individuals we serve have a history of traumatic stress and thusly exercises "universal precautions” by creating systems of care that are trauma informed.

TTI Outpatient Clinic (OPC)

At TTI Outpatient Clinic, our clinicians work to provide insight, support and a different perspective to clients, and help them develop healthy approaches and solutions for all types of life challenges.

Young Adult Program

Young Adult Program is specifically designed to aid individuals (18 - 26 years old) in establishing themselves with friends and families, as well as help them develop in their evolving roles as members of the community.
