I have been with TTI for nearly 34 years. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in many different clinical and leadership roles. I became TTI’s CEO on January 1, 2025. Prior to that, I served as TTI’s Chief Operating Officer and prior to that, Chief Clinical Officer.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, a Master’s in Counseling and a post Master’s in Psychology. I have licensure in each of these areas. I have specialized training in applied behavioral analysis and trauma informed care. In addition, I recently became a CARF Surveyor.
Beyond my work with TTI, I’ve worked as a therapist, consultant and licensure supervisor. I currently participate on several behavioral health-related committees with the State of Michigan and MDHHS.
Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, hiking, reading and spending time with my family, especially my 3 grandchildren and my rescue doggies.

I am the Director of Administration, and I've worked with TTI since 2009. I hold an associate's degree in General Studies.
I enjoy cozy hobbies like reading and crafting. I love to play games with my two children.
When I started working at TTI, I did not have a lot of knowledge about the mental health world. However, it did not take long for me to understand and appreciate all the wonderful aspects that come along with serving this population. I am inspired all the time by the stories of strength and recovery and encouraged by the care and compassion provided by our staff.

I am TTI’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and have been with the company for 20 years. I started as an HR Recruiter, then transitioned to ACT Case Management after earning my Counseling degree. After several years working in the community, I returned to Human Resources and became the Director of HR. My experience in ACT case management has given me valuable insight into the challenges faced by our staff, which helps me lead more effectively.
I have comprehensive experience in various areas of Human Resources and several years of experience working in an organic food market. I also interned at the Michigan State Police crime lab, which was a fascinating experience.
I hold a bachelor's degree in political science from Oakland University, a master's in human resource management from Walsh College, and another master's in counseling from Oakland University. I am a licensed professional counselor and have earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, as well as the Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification. Additionally, I hold a Workplace Investigations Specialty Credential through SHRM.
I'm a huge sports fan - especially college and pro football - GO DEEETROIT LIONS!!! In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, playing golf, working out in the yard, helping others and teaching my cat to perform tricks.
I chose the mental health field because I find fulfillment in the variety and daily challenges it presents. I am drawn to the opportunity to solve complex problems while making a difference in people's lives. I value the "human" aspect in human resources and believe in the importance of offering support and advice to my employees during their careers. Additionally, the passion I see in others within this field continually inspires and motivates me every day.
