We’re seeking a fully licensed therapist to provide outpatient services across both Oakland and Macomb counties. This flexible, part-time role is paid per completed session and is ideal for clinicians comfortable working across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and establish diagnoses
• Develop person-centered treatment plans and service reviews
• Utilize evidence-based approaches (CBT, trauma-focused therapy, motivational interviewing)
• Maintain timely and accurate electronic clinical records
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, case managers, and other providers
• Provide crisis intervention as needed

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Full state licensure required (LMSW, LPC, etc.)
• Ability and willingness to work across multiple locations (Oakland & Macomb)
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Experience with CBT, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Comfortable with electronic health records and basic computer systems
