Part-Time Outpatient Therapist (LLMSW/LLPC/LMSW) Oakland County

We’re seeking a compassionate, licensed therapist to provide outpatient services to adults with a diagnosed mental illness, substance abuse disorder, emotional impairment/disturbance, and co-occurring disorders. This flexible, part-time role is paid per completed session—ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their income or build a caseload.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and establish diagnoses
  • Develop person-centered treatment plans and service reviews
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches (CBT, trauma-focused therapy, motivational interviewing)
  • Maintain timely and accurate electronic clinical records
  • Coordinate care with psychiatrists, case managers, and other providers
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Full state licensure preferred, limited license required.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
  • Experience with CBT, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Comfortable with electronic health records and basic computer systems
