We’re seeking a compassionate, licensed therapist to provide outpatient services to adults with a diagnosed mental illness, substance abuse disorder, emotional impairment/disturbance, and co-occurring disorders. This flexible, part-time role is paid per completed session—ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their income or build a caseload.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and establish diagnoses
- Develop person-centered treatment plans and service reviews
- Utilize evidence-based approaches (CBT, trauma-focused therapy, motivational interviewing)
- Maintain timely and accurate electronic clinical records
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, case managers, and other providers
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Full state licensure preferred, limited license required.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Experience with CBT, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Comfortable with electronic health records and basic computer systems
