Senior Case Manager
Working in collaboration with the team supervisors, will train and coach staff in methods to effectively manage and maintain a caseload, best practice protocols including transition, acute care protocols, and jail services, etc. Instruct team on practices and procedures relating to consumers with co-occurring disorders. Maintain a small case load (25 consumers) or as indicated by consumer census and team need. Assists with crisis or emergency events to facilitate smooth transition and effective interventions. Assist the supervisors reviewing paperwork, complete all paperwork for consumers re-entering TTI, and provide trainings to staff as needed. Provides back-up coverage of Supervisor as needed. Participates in rotating on-call schedule and creates the monthly on-call schedule for the team. Must have knowledge of co-occurring modalities including the ability to engage, screening, motivational interviewing and treatment matching protocols.
Masters in social work, psychology or counseling with appropriate credentials/ licensure preferred; Bachelor’s acceptable. Supervisory experience a plus. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
