(TTI EMPLOYEES ONLY) Day 2: This WELLE training covers BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES, CRISIS PLANNING AND PREVENTION and INTERVENTION with emphasis on employee safety, assessment and non-abusive self-protection skills. Workplace Violence incidents are discussed. Participants learn key components of relationship building that foster an environment of support. A CULTURE OF GENTLENESS, and empowerment. A strong emphasis is placed on the concept of MINIMAL IMPACT. A major focus is teaching participants to become influential in a positive way when working with the people they serve.
