Schedule/complete screenings and intakes. Will work with individuals in the community to identify resources for more permanent housing, provide and/or arrange internal and external coordination of services/supports and transport, if needed, to obtain benefits/housing. Maintain accurate, complete and timely records as required. Computer proficiency in MS Office required. Must be physically able to work outside year round and able to handle varied terrain. Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Required: High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
