Provide day-to-day leadership and management for ACT, Case Management, Therapy and support staff and carry small therapy caseload. community based mental health provider. Responsible for ensuring services are provided in accordance with best practice, as well as all federal and state laws, professional standards of conduct and contract. Provide supervision and coaching of staff on a range of therapeutic methods. Additional duties include participation in recruitment and hiring of staff, facilitating team meetings, attending county meetings, participating in triage and required supervisory meetings, performing audits to assure compliance with program standards, contract requirements, applicable laws, accreditation standards and the philosophy of TTI. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of post-graduate supervised clinical experience with knowledge of a broad range of emotional and mental disorders and current treatment techniques, including psychotropic medication
Masters in Social Work with appropriate credentials/full licensure (LMSW). Minimum of one-year supervisory experience in mental health or related field.
