Supervisor ACT Team

Provide leadership and direction to a multi-disciplinary mental health team. The ACT Team provides community-based care to adults with severe mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders. Familiarity with ACT principles and fidelity scales, co-occurring modalities (IDDT), motivational interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and treatment matching protocols a plus. Prior experience and success in providing community-based services to persons with serious mental illness is necessary and candidates with this experience will be given preference. It is essential that you respect and enjoy working with people who live with serious mental illness, that you believe in their ability to learn to manage their own lives and live in the community and that you model respectful communication when working with them and their families.

Required: Master’s in Social Work, Psychology or Nursing with licensure. Exceptional leadership and managerial skills are a must.
