Infant Mental Health Specialist

Home based services for infants & toddlers and their families. Developing capacity from prenatal to 6 to experience, regulate, and express emotions; to form close relationships; and to explore the environment and learn, all in the context of family, community and cultural expectations for young children. Regular re-assessment of appropriate developmental context required. Requires “Endorsement” per the Michigan Association for Infant Mental Health as Infant Family Specialist.

Required: Master’s in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology with licensure, CMHP status required.
