Promptly greet all visitors/guests and answer multi-line phone system in a polite, professional and welcoming manner. Required to schedule appointments, able to provide a high level of customer service, maintains waiting and clerical areas, handles administrative duties such as scheduling conference rooms, provides daily reminder appointment calls, utilizes electronic health records for inputting and retrieving data, and handles in-office physical plant issues (copy machines, building issues, etc.) as well as other duties as assigned. Serves as the health and safety officer of both the Troy and Sterling Heights locations. Must have the ability to multi-task within busy offices, have a warm and welcoming demeanor and ability to work well with others as well as a high level of competence with MS Office software, including MS Word/Excel/Publisher.

High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred. Must have at least two years of support staff/fast-paced office experience. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and work in a non-profit setting preferred.
