Registered Nurse

Provides health screening/treatment plan recommendations for PCP, primary liaison between PHCP and treatment team, consultation with clinical teams on health-related topics. Also coordinates discharge from medical/psychiatric hospitals. This position is both office and community based – but, primarily community based. Knowledge of psychiatric nursing and psychotropic medications as well as a broad knowledge of medical health care (cancer, diabetes, etc.) is required.

Required: RN Licensed in Michigan. Experience and/or training in mental health or substance abuse required.
